Tulemar Resort Wins TripAdvisor Award for Best Service in Costa Rica

Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica (PRWEB) January 30, 2015

The annual TripAdvisor “Traveler’s Choice” awards have been announced, and Tulemar Resort in Manuel Antonio captured multiple prizes. For the second year in a row, the Costa Rica vacation provider has won “Best Hotel for Families – Costa Rica” and “Best Hotel for Families – Central America”.

Located on the picturesque Pacific coast of Costa Rica, Tulemar also ranked second in the “Best Hotel for Families – World” category, and for the first time, has been named Best Hotel Service in Costa Rica. The awards and rankings are comprised of the reviews and ratings the resort has received from the social media site’s community of millions of travelers worldwide.

“This is especially gratifying for us because service is the aspect we have the most control over,” says Dave Houck, spokesperson for the resort, adding, “Its an area we’ve worked a lot on, and its nice to win the award. Because these awards are determined by guest satisfaction, it’s a real affirmation that we’re meeting the goals of excellence that we strive so hard for. We want everyone to have an unforgettable stay,” he adds.

Offering a wide range of accommodations of different sizes and costs, the resort scores high marks with TripAdvisor users in terms of the usual guest considerations, including location, service, value and cleanliness. Houck recognizes that Tulemar offers families some extra benefits that don’t fit neatly into the usual categories.

“Our jungle location is an incredible attraction, and our beach is calm and uncrowded. It’s perfect for playing in the waves, and we provide sea kayaks, boogie boards, lounge chairs and umbrellas for our guests to use free of charge. Wildlife including three types of monkeys, two types of sloths, exotic birds and many different reptiles are abundant at the resort, and families repeatedly tell us they see the same number of jungle animals inside Tulemar as they do in the nearby Manuel Antonio National Park.

“There are so many exciting activities to do in the area that kids and adults alike never have a chance to get bored,” he says.

“We offer all our guests an online concierge to assist with their pre-arrival planning. That makes a huge difference, since it frees our guests from the potential headaches and pitfalls of planning things themselves. Once they arrive, guests have a personal concierge to make sure everything goes as planned,” Houck reports.

Tulemar Resort can accommodate families of all sizes with properties ranging from one-bedroom bungalows to large luxury villas.

About Tulemar Resort

Tulemar Resort is a small resort situated overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. A wide range of accommodations of different sizes and costs are offered to travelers, from rustic one bedroom bungalows to large luxury villas.

Infinity Canopy Wins the 2015 HPBA EXPO Attendees Choice Award for Outdoor Living Product Marketability.

Los Angeles, California 90025 (PRWEB) March 24, 2015

Attendees of Hearth, Patio and Barbeque Association (HPBA) Expo have voted Infinity Canopy the 2015 Attendees Choice Award for Outdoor Living Product Marketability. This years HPBA Expo was held March 5th through 7th at The Music City Center in Nashville, TN. The event was attended by retailers, distributors and manufacturers of the industry from across the United States and other countries. Thirty-eight new products competed for the attendees choice award in two categories of indoor and outdoor living products. Infinity Canopy was voted the winner in the outdoor living category, facing stiff competition.

This is the second award for Infinity Canopy, which was unveiled at the awning industrys main event, the IFAI EXPO in Oct. 2014. There, it won the Showstoppers Award for the best new product in the shade category. Unlike custom canopies, that are one piece, Infinity Canopys unique modular design allows it to be as long and wide as needed, so it can adapt to any space. Infinity Canopys shade panels are individual pieces that are available in many colors, allowing the canopy to be configured in one or multiple colors. The panels available in awning grade Sunbrella Canvas or Phifertex Mesh can be easily installed on the canopys marine grade, stainless steel and aluminum frame and moved in minutes to create unique designs for any taste, style and need. One can start with an all-white canopy, replace some white panels with to blue for it to match their new furniture and add red panels to make it red, white and blue for the 4th of July. In a multi-colored canopy, the panels can be placed in various patterns to create new and unique designs such as striped or checkered. Every aspect of Infinity Canopy can be changed, even after installation, to create infinite configuration and designs, not possible by any other shade system.

Dr. Alan Shargani, the inventor of Infinity Canopy states, This is a revolutionary shade system that is adaptable, versatile, and simply infinite. The professionals attending the IFAI and HPBA recognized the uniqueness of Infinity Canopy, and were clearly excited about its prospects for their business and clients, which is why we have won these awards, he says. We were overwhelmed by their enthusiasm and humbled for their vote of confidence. We look forward to winning more awards in upcoming shows.

Infinity Canopys launch continues at the Hospitality and Design Expo May 13-15th at the Mandalay Bay Hotel, Las Vegas. For more information and pricing, please visit http://www.infinitycanopy.com or call 844-422-6679.

For the 30th Year, American Club is Given AAA Five-Diamond Award

Kohler, Wis. (PRWEB) January 19, 2015

The American Club has once again been awarded the American Automobile Associations highest honor, its famous Five-Diamond rating, a distinction described as signifying the ultimate in luxury and sophistication. This is the 30th consecutive year The American Club has received AAAs premier prize, and it remains the only resort-hotel in the Midwest to receive the accolade.

The American Club is one of two resorts in the Kohler Co. Global Hospitality Group, and it provides guests with a well-rounded selection of world-renowned championship golf courses, outstanding spa experiences and myriad superb dining options. The Immigrant Restaurant, located within The American Club and known for its intimate setting and creative use of locally grown ingredients, was granted the Associations prestigious Four Diamond Award.

We aspire to provide every guest with an outstanding, memorable experience, said Michael Belot, General Manager of Destination Kohler. To do that day in and day out since 1985 is a real accomplishment, and we are very proud to have maintained such a consistently high level of service for so long.

The American Club was initially built in 1918 as a dorm for immigrants who had come to work at the Kohler factory across the street. On an imaginative leap of faith, the Kohler Company set out to transform the red-brick Tutor property into a luxurious resort hotel in 1981, and today it is recognized as one of the most premier resort destinations in the country. Offering elegant rooms outfitted with the finest KOHLER plumbing products, along with tile and furnishings from the Kohler-owned companies of Ann Sacks, McGuire and Baker, The American Club maintains what AAA recognized as impeccable standards of excellence.

In addition to myriad dining options and sophisticated conference facility, the resort also boasts the luxurious Kohler Waters Spa. This soothing sanctuary offers an extensive menu of unique treatments that make use of the companys state-of-the-art plumbing technologies, as well as a relaxation pool and glass-enclosed rooftop deck. In addition, The American Club is renowned for its award-winning championship golf courses, Whistling Straits and Blackwolf Run, which have hosted two PGA Championships, the U.S. Senior Open, two U.S. Womens Opens and is home to the upcoming 2015 PGA Championship and 2020 Ryder Cup.

The Immigrant Restaurant was also highly regarded by AAA and secured a Four-Diamond rating, a distinction awarded to only 2.5 percent of the nearly 30,000 AAA-approved restaurants. The American Clubs flagship restaurant, The Immigrant Restaurant, is renowned for its modern cuisine and the unique intimacy provided by its six small dining rooms, each one decorated in the distinctive style of the first Europeans to settle Wisconsin: French, Dutch, German, Normandy, Danish and English.

The AAA Diamond ratings started in 1937 as a way to provide accurate travel information to members; today it rates more properties than any other ratings entity. Each year, AAA sends professionally trained inspectors out to conduct unscheduled evaluations and anonymously assess over 59,000 properties. Those properties awarded Five-Diamonds represent less than half of one percent of all hotels visited by these inspectors; an elite club with fewer than 200 members throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. The American Club is one of only 2 establishments that has maintained its Five-Diamond rating for 30 years or more.

For reservations, please call 800-344-2838 or visit http://www.AmericanClub.com for more information. Stay up to date on news and happenings on Facebook facebook.com/americanclub and on Twitter, http://www.twitter.com/theamericanclub.
